Phosphoric Acid - This is a liquid Phosphoric Acid blend supplied under the brand names of Res-Up and Pro-Res Care. The solution is added to a water softener to remove iron and other contaminants that can lead to a fouled water softener resin bed. Regular use of this solution will minimize fouling, restore the ion exchange capacity of the resin, and extend the life of the water softener.
